This After Installing the client version of this program, I discovered that it wasn't syncing with the server version.
The problem came from Windows Firewall which had blocked its inbound & outbound connection.
Solution
- Go to My Computer
- Then Control Panel
- Then Windows Firewall,
- Go to Allow Program or feature through Windows Firewall
- Click Allow another program, search and add it then you are good to go..
